Michael H. Coggeshall Esq.

Michael Coggeshall is a Nevada trial lawyer who represents individuals and families in medical-malpractice, catastrophic-injury, and wrongful-death cases. His practice is devoted to holding healthcare providers, corporations, and other powerful defendants accountable when their conduct causes serious harm.

Michael has tried numerous cases before Nevada juries. His work has resulted in multi-million-dollar jury verdicts and settlements. For Michael, the most meaningful part of the work is giving an injured person or grieving family the ability to confront a defendant whose resources and influence may initially seem overwhelming.

Michael graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with Pro Bono Honors. While attending law school, he was a published member of the Nevada Law Journal. Following graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk before returning to private practice. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
